The clients primary need was to do structural work to the rear of the house as there was severe subsidence to the rear kitchen and bathroom extension.
The bathroom was in an awkward but also prime position and needed re-siting. A downstairs cloakroom and utility area were also on their wish list.
A total refurbishment of the property, allowed a direct access to the garden from the newly extended kitchen with the bathroom relocated to the first floor. A part side extension provided a front facing entrance door and a cloakroom and utility slotted in behind.
A loft conversion providing new bedroom with ensuite shower room was also added.

This family were outgrowing the space in their home.
A fabulous detached house, originally had a tiny kitchen, an inaccessible garage and a dated conservatory. It was transformed to provide spacious and functional kitchen, dining and living areas on the ground floor and a further bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

Sometimes small changes can have a big impact!
This kitchen in a lovely family home needed a refresh. It was serving as a utility area and family dining room and a full range of cabinets were crowding the space, especially at the entrance.
Using an area to the side of the property and at ground floor level only, the addition of a modest extension allowed a new downstairs cloakroom freeing up the main entrance hall and stair, and a walk-in pantry and separates utility accessed via the kitchen. A newly reduced built in kitchen provided additional fee space to open the space up.
Bin storage and side access to the garden was retained.

Short Story
A small bespoke project for an outdoor kitchen. Drawings were required for permission on this private estate and as a guide for the contractor who was building it.
The client had a very clear brief as outdoor cooking is a passion and carried out all year round. Also included was a sociable space with a bar and seating for guests.
The adjustable pergola covers the space making it usable in any weather.
